The answer is Yes, we are real humans residing in Humboldt County, and we manage residential rental properties throughout the Arcata/Eureka areas. We advertise on CraigsList and FaceBook Marketplace when any of the properties become available.

• The application process begins with collecting completed applications prior to, during showing of the property, or soon thereafter, reviewing the applications, and then selecting a few first-round individuals and/or groups of potential tenants for the property.

• After the first round of selections are made, credit references and background checks are processed for both prospective tenants and their chosen cosigners, if applicable.

• Based on the results of the background reviews, prospective tenants are then offered a residency contract. Some properties are offered on month to month contracts, while other contracts are offered on long-term leases (this information is provided in the Craigslist advertisement and/or during the first showing),
